This is the eighth time in nine years that Pitt has been ranked in the U.S. Student Program category. The program supplies grants for individually designed study and research projects or for English Teaching Assistant Programs around the world.

Lia Petrose, a 2017 graduate with degrees in neuroscience and economics, will head to the University of Oxford in the U.K. to study computer science and philosophy. She is Pitt’s eighth recipient of the prestigious scholarship.
