6 Pitt alumni and leaders earned 2026 C-Suite Awards

Six University of Pittsburgh graduates and leaders are among the more than 20 executives honored in the Pittsburgh Business Times’ 2026 C-Suite Awards, which recognize top executives for their leadership across the Pittsburgh region.

The honorees — who lead organizations spanning transit, energy, finance, health care and human services — will be celebrated at an awards program on Oct. 14 at Acrisure Stadium.

This year’s winners are:

• Donminika Brown (BUS ’15, ’16G)
• Monique McIntosh (A&S ’90)
• Nancy Merritt is Pitt’s vice chancellor for alumni relations, leading the University’s engagement with its global alumni community.
• Jim Spencer (LAW ’85)
• Greg Weimer (UPJ ’86)
• Donald Yealy is a Distinguished Professor of Emergency Medicine, Medicine, and Clinical and Translational Sciences at Pitt and holds the UPMC Endowed Chair of Emergency Medicine. He also serves as UPMC’s chief medical officer and senior vice president of the Health Services Division.
