Ashley Mason, a senior in the School of Education, was selected to serve on the Hillel International Student Cabinet for the 2026-27 academic year. Hillel International is the world’s largest Jewish campus organization supporting Jewish life, learning and community for college students.
Mason is one of 20 cabinet members who will act as trusted advisors to the organization and as ambassadors of the Hillel movement. Students appointed to the cabinet were nominated by their campus Hillel group for their exceptional leadership and commitment to enriching Jewish student life. Founded in 2015, the student cabinet helps shape Hillel’s mission of putting students’ voices first. The initiative is a core part of Hillel’s broader investment in empowering the next generation of student leaders.
“The student cabinet provides exceptional Hillel student leaders drawn from across our global movement the opportunity to guide and influence critical conversations about Jewish life on campus today and in the future,” said Adam Lehman, president and CEO of Hillel International.
