Pitt Faculty Reflections on Cross-Disciplinary Factors that Affect Health 

The current academic year has been designated the Year of Healthy U at Pitt, and the entire Pitt community—students, staff, faculty, alumni, and friends—are being asked to advance their understanding of health in all its forms and renew their commitment to fostering a healthy community. Enjoy a TED Talks-style presentation, in which Pitt faculty members discuss how the fields of science, medicine, art, and humanities all contribute to our understanding of health.

Attendees will also have a chance to see a new exhibit featuring the work of artists who currently teach in Southwestern Pennsylvania, including several Pitt faculty members.

Cheese, fruit, and desserts by Rania's Catering will be included. Coffee, herbal tea, wine, and beer will also be provided.
