Department of Medicine's Simmons Center for Interstitial Lung Disease was opened in 2001 through a generous gift from the Simmons Family to study these scarring diseases. This center is dedicated to providing the highest quality healthcare, education and support its patients, including those with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), as well as their caregivers and loved ones. All contributions from this event help to fund the Simmons Center's patient-focused events and meetings.
