The Innovation Igniter program is designed to help you get introduced to the business aspects of innovation. During the two-hour workshop, we will help you clearly and confidently articulate your value proposition to both scientists and non-scientists, introduce you to the Business Model Canvas and teach you a few core concepts of the commercialization process including: establishing a value proposition, defining customer segments, understanding the process of customer discovery.
