More than 150 higher education professionals, researchers and students will gather to learn to build systems that are friendlier for transfer students at the third annual Transfer Pathways Summit next month.
Hosted by University of Pittsburgh School of Education, Office of the Provost, and Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, the event will focus on building more transfer-friendly practices and understanding what students face when transferring.
Attendees will hear from experts on transfer systems — including keynote speaker Xueli Wang of the University of Wisconsin-Madison — along with panel discussions, a breakout session, a networking hour and complimentary breakfast and lunch.
The event will be held Friday, June 5, starting at 8 a.m. in Alumni Hall. Register on the Pitt Education website.
