Major: Media and professional communications

Favorite Pitt memory: Jumping in the Frick Fountain after we won the Backyard Brawl in 2024.

Fun fact: I consume around 400 mg of caffeine per day (thank you Red Bull and Starbucks).

Favorite platform: TikTok, because I don’t have a long attention span when it comes to being on my phone and the short-form content is just so fun.

School: Kenneth P. Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences

Major: English writing

Favorite Pitt memory: Watching the Homecoming fireworks over Cathy.

Fun fact: My favorite animal is a giraffe.

Favorite platform: Instagram! It’s where I get most of my book recommendations and information for writing contests.

Kat Turner

School: College of General Studies

Major: Media and professional communications

Favorite Pitt memory: The 2024 Backyard Brawl, because of the energy in the stadium.

Fun fact: I also make fashion content for fun on TikTok.

Favorite platform: TikTok, because people are super supportive and it has a lot of room for creative opportunity.

Majors: Marketing science and business analytics 

Favorite Pitt memory: Winning the Backyard Brawl at home in 2024.

Fun fact: I once made a music video for “Telephone Line” by Electric Light Orchestra.

Favorite platform: TikTok, because it has the ability to hold my short attention span

Paige Parker

Schools: School of Business and Kenneth P. Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences

Majors: Marketing and film and media studies

Favorite Pitt memory: Making my final project in the Pitt London Film Program, where I had the opportunity to film and collaborate with incredible artists while exploring London's architecture and jazz scene.

Fun fact: I lived in Shanghai and Stuttgart, Germany, when I was a little kid.

Favorite platform: Substack gives me the ability to connect with people's writing and read my friend's articles and opinions on anything and everything.
