Understanding Why We Should Exercise

We all know that physical activity is good for our overall well-being. Yet, scientists have never determined exactly why that is. The University of Pittsburgh has been chosen by the National Institutes of Health for a large-scale collaboration to investigate why being active is beneficial for our health.
