The annual Young Preservationists Association of Pittsburgh award recognizes significant contributions in the area of historic preservation.

Samir Lakhani (A&S ’15), has been named to the 2020 Forbes 30 under 30 list of top young social entrepreneurs. The Forbes 30 under 30 list features 600 entrepreneurs in 20 industries, selected from among 15,000 nominees in the U.S. and Canada.

A graduate of the School of Computing and Information, he is assistant director of community engagement in the Office of Community and Governmental Relations.
