The University of Pittsburgh will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, in observance of Labor Day.
Many faculty and staff will be off for this paid federal holiday. Here’s what you need to know about closures across campus:
Transit: Pitt campus shuttles — including routes 10A, 20A, 30C and SafeRider — and Pittsburgh Regional Transit are running on modified holiday schedules.
Dining: Hours and availability differ by location. See Pitt Eats hours of operation.
Health: Student Health Services, including the Counseling Center and University Pharmacy, are closed for all University holidays. They will reopen at 9 a.m. Sept. 2.
Panther Central and residence halls: Operating as normal.
